Digital Marketing, meet Local History
Facing the challenge that has been COVID-19 hasn't been easy, particularly if you work in a heritage and tourism-related field. Increasingly though, people are finding innovative ways to stay connected, learn, and enjoy their local area.
Knowing your audience is the key to success, alongside some creative content and the means to deliver it. Thanks to everyone who has helped me out in the past 10 months, pushed me (and my WiFi) beyond my comfort zone, organised, hosted or attended talks, and generally helped keep the heritage show on the road.
